The following requirements are mandatory:
- Complete application form which will be provided by Bilex Money Transfer
- Evidence of business registration
- Form of photo ID (passport, UK driver's license)
- Proof of address of a business
- Copy of money service business registration with HM customs
- If you are not registered we can register on your behalf or facilitate registration for your business
In addition to the above our marketing team will visit your firm at an appointing time. Our mode of processing transaction is web-based (i.e. an online account is created for our agent).
Our agents are able to process their customers' transaction online and in real time.
Our online money transfer is online user friendly, but however our customer service team is always available to render help if required.

Monday to Friday : 9am – 6pm
N.B: The provision of the above document does not guarantee approval as an agent of Bilex Money. We offer our new agent an initial contract of 6 months which is renewable thereafter.
